A Majority of the Shooters among these 12 shooters are favourites for winning the medals for the country in the Rio Olympics 2016 and they are also being expected to take the medal tally to double digits for India.
Archery is another such event in which the players are being expected to give the country its first medal in the Olympics in the Archery sports. There are 4 people who will be representing India in the Archery sports in the Rio Olympics 2016. There are 3 women and 1 men, who’ll be representing India in the Rio Olympics 2016.

Only 4 Archers from India are qualified for the Rio Olympics 2016 and in the Men’s category only one male player is qualified so expecting a medal in the Archery could be disheartening. But still, a medal can be expected from Deepika Kumari in the Individual event as she is the Former World No.1 and also since the unexpected can happen anytime, so keeping the positive attitude we must expect medals from our Archers.
Three Boxers from India will be representing the country in the Rio Olympics 2016. The number of Indian representation in the Rio Olympics 2016 in the Boxing event is quite low but still, if we look at the performance of the Boxers in previous two Olympics in Beijing and London respectively, we can expect the medals in Boxing from the Indian boxers.

Manoj has also represented India in the 2012 London Olympics.
Since, the participation of India is very less in the boxing games in the Rio Olympics 2016 so getting a medal in any category could be a bit tough but when Vijendra Singh in 2008 Beijing Olympics became the first Indian to win an Olympic Medal in Boxing and when Mary Kom won a Medal in the 2012 London Olympics, they gave wings to many dreams and encouraged boxers of India to fight for a medal in the Olympics.
